Joe Biden on Ticket with "African-American who is articulate and bright and clean"

If your campaign is going to be about words, they should be your own words, Hillary Clinton quipped during a primary debate with Barack Obama. Despite smugly assuring Sen. Clinton, "I look forward to having you advise me, Hillary," Sen. Obama hasn't heeded her counsel.

The One has chosen Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware as his running mate. Sen. Biden's own presidential ambitions were cut short 20 years ago after revelations that he plagiarized at least one speech and exaggerated his experience. He tried again this for year, but his effort never got off the ground, and its most memorable event was his calling his future running mate "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy".

As gaffe-prone as Sen. Obama, the plagiarist from Delaware should fit right in with the assortment of shady characters--like Jeremiah Wright and Tony Rezko--with whom the rookie from Illinois has surrounded himself.

Don't forget Biden's debate quote that Obama is "not ready" to be President.

You're right on. Biden is Gaffe King. He's the perfect match for The Big O.
